This spring the middle school and high school music departments showcased their ensembles by performing concerts for the 3rd through 5th graders from our six elementary schools. We were very proud of the students who represented our BMS Bands. Nice job, 7th graders!
Following a classroom demonstration, our prospective beginners got to try out all of the instruments - FUN! Parent meetings held just last week provided yet more information and the opportunity to sign up for Band. Registration continues throughout the summer. We are all looking forward to a big beginning class next fall!
Our intention is to provide the opportunity for all students to participate in our Band program. Did you know that we start beginners at BMS? It's never too late to start!
Please help promote our program. Sometimes a little reassurance from a well-informed acquaintance is all that is needed to open the door to a world of possibilities in our Bettendorf Bands.
